My name is Corinne Swatzina I am a Certified Pet Dog
Trainer (CPDT). I have been a professional dog trainer for
13 years and certified for 5 years. The Certification Council
for Pet Dog Trainers (CCPDT) administers the national
accreditation program for dog trainers. I am also a
professional member of the Association for Pet Dog
Trainers (APDT) and a member of the Minnesota
Trainers' Roundtable which means that I am in contact
with dog training professionals on a daily basis and am up
to date on the latest techniques, studies, equipment and
dog-friendly teachings.
Of course, I love all animals but I especially love dogs and I
LOVE dog training. Actually, I like to think of it as people
training. Anyone can teach a dog to sit, but not just anyone can
teach people to communicate effectively with their dog. I truly enjoy coaching people
and helping them realize their dog's potential as well as their own.
My goals as a your Dog Trainer are your goals. I want to help you succeed in your desire
to have a wonderful companion by supplying you with gentle, easy to execute, positive,
and fun training methods. It is a joy to see a dog bond with their owners and actually
want to learn.
Dogs are a great addition to our lives, training shouldn't be a bore, hard to do, or negative.
I believe that having a dog enhances our lives and training a dog should be life
enhancing too.
