Corinne's Famous Liver Brownies
You will need:
-1lb. Beef Liver
-1 Cup Corn Meal (yellow or white)
-4 large or jumbo eggs
Put everything (including liver juices) into a food
processor. Pulse and blend until smooth or frothy.
Pour into a greased brownie or cake pan and bake at 350
degrees for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes
out clean.
Cool completely, cut into small treat size morsels. Freeze
immediately or refrigerate. Will last in refrigerate for 1
week.

Chewy Oatmeal Bars
I don't remember where I got this recipe, but thanks out
there to whom ever I got it from. I loooooove this recipe.
It's super easy, makes a lot (you can 1/2 or 1/4 the recipe.
They keep for a long time and the dogs absolutely love
them. These are more for a hardy snack than treat/training
reward. No rolling, cookie cutting or spooning. Just slop it
all together and dump it in a pan....Hurray!
• 12 c. oatmeal
• 4 c. whole wheat flour
• >8 eggs
• 3/4 c. oil
• 2/3 c. honey
• 1/2 c. molasses
• 2 c. milk
• 1 large can solid pack pumpkin (optional)
• 3 to 4 mashed bananas (optional)
Preheat oven to 325. Grease 2 cookie sheets
Dump everything into a VERY large bowl. Mix this whole
mess together pat onto greased cookie sheets & bake at 325
for 1 hour. After 1 hour turn oven off, crack oven door &
allow cookies to cool in oven. Break or cut up into whatever
size pieces.
These freeze really well.
Apple Mini Pup Bread
1 Tbls Baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 Tbls honey
4 cups flour
2-3/4 cups water
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup grated apple
Mix all wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients separately.
Slowly add wet mix to dry. Pour into muffin tins or bread
tins. Bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours or until toothpick come out
dry. Time may vary depending upon size of tin. Keep
checking. The good thing is...the dogs won't care if they're
over cooked!
Slice like you would a piece for you if you. Freeze extra.
Banana Mini Pup Bread
2 cups water
2 mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp honey
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into muffin tins or bread
tins. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick come
out dry. Time may vary depending upon size of tin.
Beef and Carrot Loaf
2 cups water
2 small jars beef baby food
2 small jars carrot baby food
1 egg
3 cups flour
Mix all ingredients together. Pour in muffin tins or loaf
pans and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Refrigerate or freeze.
Corn Doggie Muffins
1 cup corn meal
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup bacon grease or butter melted
1 cup milk
3 or 4 sliced hot dogs
Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Mix wet ingredients well.
Mix together wet and dry. For mini muffins, line or grease
pan. Put 1 heaping tsp into each cup. Place sliced hot dog
on top of mixture. Place 1/2 tsp on top of hot dog.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate or freeze.
Peamutt Butter Cookies
1 cup wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbls. cooking oil
1 cup water
Blend P.B., oil and water until combined. Add one cup of
flour at a time until a dough is formed. Knead dough until
all crumbs combined. Roll out to 1/4” thick and cut into
cookies. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Fill with cream cheese
if you want to impress.
